The natural link between forestry, heat and bioenergy is fundamental to sourcing, operating and maintaining sustainable energy ecosystems. Reheat's unique first-hand experience spans from sustainable forest management to wood fuel production through to the application of bioenergy in the transport sector, for example.

Founded in forestry, Reheat remains rooted in projects and programmes that actively support and promote good forestry practices and the sustainable use of bioenergy as key pillars of our future energy systems.
We advise and support clients who are looking to source their fuel for biomass heating systems from local forests, and have completed major advisory work for organisations such as the National Forest Company, Argyll and Bute Council, and the United Nations Development Programme.
Reheat actively manages the Woodfuel Support Service (usewoodfuel.co.uk) on behalf of Scottish Forestry and the Scottish Government to provide open-access advice on wood fuel and biomass systems.
Our work extends well beyond the forest gate, and we work on projects that actively stimulate and support supply chains, contribute to policy development and the practical delivery of a wide range of bioenergy technologies and fuels. These range from agricultural and food processing residue projects, through to supporting the the production of second generation sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and providing insights to UK government on the role that bioliquids and liquified biogas can play in decarbonising off-grid heating systems.
