Reheat awarded Advanced Good Work Pledge Status by the North of Tyne Combined Authority
"The panel thoroughly enjoyed reading your application and appreciate the time and effort taken to tell us about all the ‘good work’ practices within your business. Your application is very strong and well evidenced" North of Tyne Combined Authority
Reheat has been awarded Advanced Good Work Pledge status by the North of Tyne Combined Authority - the highest level category offered by the initiative.
The Good Work Pledge recognises businesses that are making a commitment to their people across multiple areas, and also brings the region's employers together as part of a wider community pledging to uphold good practice in the workplace.
The award recognises Reheat's efforts in the Pledge's '5 pillars' including health, wellbeing, communication and social responsibility. The Good Work Pledge is fully aligned with Reheat's values, demonstrating the company's ongoing efforts to being a great place to work.
Managing Director, Ben Tansey, commented: "It's great to be recognised, the Good Work Pledge is a genuine reflection of the hard work the full team have been putting in to help make Reheat a brilliant place to work."
